Special Olympics
Nia Heard
Hey there Mustangs, did you hear about the Special Olympics? The Special Olympics were on Tuesday, April 21st. Eleven students from Muller Road attended the Special Olympics, which was at Westwood High School, where you could see all ages of students participating in the
Special Olympics. There were several activities the students did. In those activities, students were able to place 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in rank. Some of our students here at Muller placed 1st. Everyone, in my opinion, did an amazing job and did their best. There were so many smiles upon so many faces, which touched my heart. A comment from Ms. T, the director of Special Education here at Muller; "All of our athletes went out and competed in running and throwing competitions. They had a great day seeing old friends and enjoying the weather."
