MixDr0ne and W4ter HAZRD
Jason Wynn
Do you like to listen to music? Electronic music such as dubstep, trap, and EDM (electronic dance music)m to be precise. If so, then you should check out two artists, MixDr0ne, pronounced Mix Drone, and W4ter HAZRD, pronounced water hazard. Reason being, these are two students from Muller Road. Named Sam Doering (W4ter HAZRD) and Jason Wynn (MixDr0ne), these students have been making electronic music and uploading it to SoundCloud for the whole year. "I make more EDM and trap, but I am starting to make more dubstep." says MixDr0ne. "I am far from the best. We both are. But we are still pretty good."
When asked what they use, they responded differently. MixDr0ne said "I used to use an app called Novation Launchpad, but got tired of using synths I didn't make myself, so now I use another app called Music Studio." W4ter HAZRD replied by saying "I still use Novation Launchpad."
When asked how often they each upload, MixDr0ne said "I upload much more often than Sam." He uploads about once a week on a slow month. W4ter HAZRD has no estimate as to how much he uploads. He has about six songs uploaded, and is about to start on his second album.
Meanwhile, MixDr0ne has uploaded at least 16 songs, with more on the way. His second album is finished, but not uploaded completely. He is working on his third album.
